This policy explains how Lyndsay Williams (Busy Mums Fitness Corner / Manifesting through Motherhood) collects and uses your personal information. I take your privacy seriously and will only use your details in the ways described here.
When you sign up for a free resource such as the 5-Minute Manifesting Mum Kit, I collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number. If you tick the text message boxes, I also record your consent to receive texts.
I use your details to send you the resource you asked for, and to send you emails with tips, podcast updates and occasional offers about my coaching, books and programmes. I only send text messages if you have ticked the box to agree.
The legal basis for this is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
Your details are stored securely in Funnel Sketchers, the platform I use for my forms, pages and emails. Some of this data may be processed outside the UK by the platform's service providers, with appropriate safeguards in place. I never sell or share your details with anyone else for their own marketing.
I keep your details for as long as you stay on my list. If you unsubscribe, I will stop contacting you and delete your details within a reasonable time, unless I need to keep a record for legal reasons.
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
